  1. It was soooo cool seeing a bus driver notice you. If a taxi driver notices you to then that’s it your very well known. And it’s good how you handled that situation with that guy. Everywhere you gotta watch your back there was this guy in Orlando that was following us and we wasn’t having it. So you gotta watch your back everywhere you go.

  2. Hi there AK, My dad used to work in Queens at Elmhurst Hospital he started working there around 1970 and retired in '99. We used to live in upper Manhattan washington heights. And he would take The 7 train there. Many memories.❤

  3. Hi Action Kid where did you go to get you Tour Guide Test? I really like to to become a Tour Guide but I'm not sure where I should go.

  4. 44:54 I wonder if these jackasses ever see themselves on camera and say gosh I acted like a complete idiot. In all seriousness he may been drunk or maybe he was trying to act tough on camera. Insecure little man I’m assuming.

  5. @action kid. I watch you all the time ..I'm from bk. For you to say 80% of new Yorkers are all talk is a pretty shitty statement. If you ment that 80% of those who talk shit is all talk I u understand. But that's not what you said. Pretty blanket statement there.

  6. I was bummed to hear that Century21 is closing, that really sucks. I was just at the LI one in Westbury last week, and a manager claimed to me that they were going to move the LI
store to Roosevelt Field to a smaller footprint, which he thought was a horrible idea, given the Covid situation, and that the owners had "plenty of money" to not do that, and other things, but in light of this news, it seems his information was erroneous. But he also told me that they were not getting a lot of the usual fall merchandise they would normally receive, and that was a sure sign that A. Covid is ruining business and B. that they were probably going Chapter 11. So, his information was wrong. This manager had told me he worked there for 19 years.

  7. 44:54 This guy needs to take his lithium and thorazine cocktail. In all seriousness, be careful AK, there are tons of real nuts out on the streets. Usually they are harmless, but
you just don't know. I told Sarah Funk that I invested in the latest edition of the Law of Communications (Routledge Press) textbook (which was a bible of mine in college given I went for
a BFA degree in Comm.), which I thought may shed some light on current laws regarding
livestreaming, but it barely touched the topic, under the Privacy and Comm. Law chapter. It's a new field that may later spawn new laws to regulate it.
I remember in college years ago going with a Super 8 film camera to do some exercise for my film class on LI to Planting Fields Arboretum, and nobody cared,
nobody was watching me, and I had no issues going on the grounds and filming, although I may have asked permission to do so, I cannot recall.
But that was decades before livestreaming, etc. It wasn't really a public park, it's more of a nonprofit org.

The text goes more into copyright law and stuff like that, which we already know about. But
my point to her was that the livestreaming thing is a new wide-open field, and anything COULD happen out on the streets in a live stream situation, and also,
that I worry about you guys and your safety doing them. It's not like a professional photo shoot or film shoot, where it's a closed, controlled situation. I mean, you are both
professionals, but the situation is uncontrolled from a street, public place, standpoint. Also, the MTA don't seem to know the laws: you can film or video anywhere in NY as long as
it's a true public place, and not a restricted area, or whatever. They have no right to tell you to turn off your camera or phone in the subway or on the bus, or the LIRR, etc.
In case you were wondering. You can film the cops all day long, they cannot generally do anything about it unless you're interfering with them, or whatever. But I'd be
careful interacting with these street trash denizens, because, most people have no idea what's legal or what's not, although some crazy person is not going to really care. And,
some people, as we have seen, don't like being filmed.

  8. This is refreshing, I like the walking at night perspective. Your walking through my old neighborhood too. Welcome Action Kid!
